Online Therapy Florida
What keeps bringing you back to the same place? That’s usually where the work begins.
You may come to therapy because of anxiety, betrayal, a difficult relationship, people-pleasing, burnout, or simply the feeling that something in your life keeps repeating. We start with the problem in front of you — and then look underneath it.
Free 15-Minute ConsultationStart with what feels familiar
Different problems can grow from the same pattern.
You do not need to know exactly what to call what you are experiencing. Start with the description that sounds most like what has been happening in your life.
Betrayal Trauma
You found out something that changed the story. Now your mind keeps going back through what happened, what you missed, and what you can trust.

Different person. Different situation. Somehow you keep ending up with the same emotional experience.
Explore Relationship Patterns → 03People-Pleasing
You are good at noticing what everyone else needs. The problem is that your own needs keep disappearing from the room.
Explore People-Pleasing → 04High-Functioning Anxiety
You look capable from the outside. Inside, your mind is constantly calculating, preparing, worrying, and trying not to drop anything.
Explore High-Functioning Anxiety →The pattern underneath the problem
The problem you came in with may not be the whole problem.
Most people already know what hurts. Therapy becomes more useful when we understand why the same emotional experience keeps showing up in different forms.
Notice what repeats.
We look for recurring reactions, relationship dynamics, fears, expectations, and emotional roles.
Understand why it makes sense.
Patterns usually developed for a reason. We explore what the pattern once protected, prevented, or helped you manage.
Choose differently.
Once you recognize the pattern while it is happening, you have more room to respond instead of automatically repeating it.
“Most people don’t need another coping skill. They need someone who can connect the dots they’ve been living.”

Who you’ll be working with
I’m Bonnie.
I’ve spent more than 25 years working in behavioral health, helping people understand what is happening beneath the surface of anxiety, relationships, emotional exhaustion, and recurring patterns.
I am warm, direct, and interested in what is actually happening — not just what sounds good in a therapy session.
If I notice a pattern, I will help you see it. Not to judge you, but because once you can see what keeps repeating, you have a much better chance of changing it.
Therapy should feel human.
More About BonnieTherapy services
Individual therapy and couples counseling.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy gives us room to understand both the immediate problem and the larger emotional pattern surrounding it.
This may include anxiety, depression, betrayal, burnout, perfectionism, low self-worth, relationship distress, family patterns, people-pleasing, or major life transitions.
- Anxiety and emotional exhaustion
- Betrayal and trust injuries
- Relationship and family patterns
- People-pleasing and boundaries
- Low self-worth and self-doubt
- Burnout and perfectionism
Couples Counseling
Couples often arrive after having the same argument many times. The subject changes, but the emotional cycle underneath it does not.
Counseling can help slow that cycle down, identify what each person is reacting to, and create healthier ways of communicating and reconnecting.
- Repeated conflict
- Communication breakdowns
- Emotional disconnection
- Trust concerns
- Relationship decisions
