I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. If you use a different plan, you can self-pay and I’ll provide a Superbill you may submit for reimbursement, depending on your benefits.

Good Faith Estimate
A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explains your expected cost for therapy. It’s required by law for anyone paying privately or not using insurance.
You’ll receive your GFE before we begin. If your total might go more than $400 above what we discussed, I will talk with you first — no unexpected increases.
